The agreed work will be ready for you to review within 72 hours. Two revision rounds follow. Website publication and campaign activation happen after your approval and any required external checks. Directory publication, account verification and ad reviews follow the relevant platform’s process.

If we miss the agreed 72-hour delivery deadline, we refund your full deposit, waive the remaining package fee and complete all agreed work free. Additional scope is agreed separately. The included 30 days of automation tuning continue after launch.

Connected website forms, one CRM sales pipeline, owner notifications and visitor confirmations are included. Payment processing and other third-party usage fees are separate.

Business Launch adds three suitable social profiles, 15 original launch posts with platform adaptations, relevant business listings and a company PDF. Advertising setup covers up to five Google Search campaigns and one Meta campaign, planned around your services, locations and budget, with a launch ad kit, one campaign landing page and conversion tracking connected to your CRM.

Search headlines and descriptions, Meta ad copy, branded visuals and versions sized for your selected placements. We develop the messages and designs around your offers and prepare the approved set for launch. The asset list is agreed with your campaign plan, so you know what will be delivered.

We help deploy or transfer the delivered system, so no PulsarX subscription is required on your own infrastructure. You pay your hosting and external providers directly. No subscription starts automatically.

Care combines website hosting, CRM, AI website chat, technical support, monthly form and booking checks, and one hour of small content edits. Marketing adds weekly campaign reviews, ad copy and creative testing, and a monthly lead and spend report for up to five campaigns on one channel. Automation adds weekly AI and workflow checks, approved information updates and fixes to up to five existing workflows. New workflows, integrations and work beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately. The first 30 days of tuning are already included in your automation setup.

Yes. You can add marketing or automation setup later, with optional monthly support. You never pay twice for setup you have already bought. Choosing the work together in a launch package gives you a lower combined setup price.
